She not only made suggestions as to possible work to complete before listing, but was instrumental in securing some of the needed workers. Without exception she offered to meet those selected, in the event I chose not to or was unable to do so. Although a vacant house, Kate tastefully staged each room with lovely accents on countertops, built-in bookcase shelves, etc. Kate priced the property correctly, for the market. The excellent photographer she chose and the resulting MLS pictures, coupled with her impressive description of house and neighborhood amenities, drew quick attention that resulted in three offers the first day, one of which was accepted. Working twenty five years with residential real estate appraisers in Tucson and the resulting acquaintances of realtors, inspectors and others related to this industry, it was natural to very closely observe Kate’s attention to my property. Her communication was outstanding. I found that she most often provided information before a question needed to be asked. She returned texts, generally within minutes, if not immediately. Phone calls were responded to in like manner. Knowing she was dealing with other properties and client concerns, her mindfulness was amazing. A trusted family member highly recommended that I speak with Kate when I first considered selling the property. He also provided others with her contact information and I have subsequently heard that those who selected Kate are all extremely happy with her true professionalism and genuine interest in their individual circumstances.
